Welcome to Cal-ibrate. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Cal-ibrate is operated from California, USA.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying AI models.
- Submit prompts intended to bypass safety, security, or content controls ("jailbreaking").
- Send automated traffic, brute-force credentials, or otherwise abuse rate limits.
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or is unlawful, harmful, or harassing.
We may suspend or terminate access for any violation.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the text and content you submit. You grant Cal-ibrate a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
5. AI Output
The Service uses AI to extract calendar events from text. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing all extracted events before relying on them.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and content (excluding your submissions), is owned by Cal-ibrate and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights reserved.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAL-IBRATE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cal-ibrate harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in California.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
